Terms & conditions.

These terms apply to browsing elev1.us, submitting an enquiry, and purchasing an ELEVEN service package from Eleven Solutions LLC. A paid package is a one-time professional-services purchase unless a separate written retainer says otherwise.

Who we are and what we sell

Eleven Solutions LLC, trading as ELEVEN, sells packaged digital presence services: Google Business Profile optimisation, social media profile and YouTube video work, website search-engine optimisation, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The current one-time package is offered at $125, $150, and $250 USD tiers. We do not sell telecommunications, connectivity products, eSIMs, SIM cards, mobile data, calling plans, VoIP, wireless service, or internet access on this website.

Website use

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information that you are authorised to share. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the enquiry form for spam. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website.

Enquiries, packages, and payment

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract or reserve a delivery slot. Buying a named package at checkout does create a contract for that package’s described deliverables. Scope, extra locations, extra videos, website rebuilds, and retainers beyond the package are established in a written proposal. Prices are in US dollars. The payment processor shown at checkout collects the fee. Refunds follow the Refund policy on this website. Chargebacks for delivered work are addressed under that policy, the processor’s rules, and applicable law.

Intellectual property

Website text, design, and original materials are owned by Eleven Solutions LLC or used with permission. You may view the site and share links for legitimate business purposes. Rights in commissioned copy, video, and listing assets created for a customer are licensed to that customer for their own business use. We may keep non-confidential process examples unless an agreement says otherwise.

Information you submit

You retain ownership of information you submit and permit us to use it to evaluate, deliver, and support the requested work. Do not send sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or material you are not authorised to disclose. Listing-access credentials should be shared through a channel we specify, not in a public form field.

Availability and results

We aim to keep the site useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Search rankings, review volume, Map-pack placement, and AI-assistant mentions are not guaranteed. External platforms (including Google, YouTube, and social networks) have their own terms, quality rules, and availability. References to a platform do not imply partnership, endorsement, or certification.

Responsibility and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is provided without warranties of suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability allocation, governing law, and dispute procedures for paid work are addressed on the invoice or signed agreement; these website terms do not replace a signed contract where one exists.
