This notice explains how Eleven Solutions LLC, trading as ELEVEN on elev1.us, handles information submitted through this website, project enquiry form, and package purchases. Product-specific processing is also described at checkout and in any written agreement.

The enquiry form collects your name, work email, company or independent status, role, location, project title, requirements, budget range, timeline, and selected services. You may also provide a telephone number, website, current tools, and reference links. If you buy a package, the payment processor collects the payment details it needs to charge the advertised fee; we receive confirmation of payment, the package selected, and the contact details required to deliver the work. Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and delivery logs. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents, or confidential third-party records in an enquiry.

How and why we use it
We use enquiry and purchase information to understand the request, take payment for a package, deliver Google Business Profile, social, SEO, AEO, and GEO work, and communicate about the engagement. We use limited technical information to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse. Where a lawful basis is required, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform a contract, to pursue legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or to meet legal and accounting duties. Submitting the enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and international processing
Project enquiries are sent to our team using Resend when email submission is configured. Checkout is handled by the payment processor shown at purchase. Our hosting provider, email delivery provider, and business email services process information necessary to provide their services and may process data in countries other than your own. We do not sell enquiry or customer information. Information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Retention and security
Enquiries and delivery notes are kept for as long as needed to deliver the package, answer follow-up questions, and meet accounting, tax, or dispute requirements. You may request deletion of an enquiry that did not become a project. This website does not store a persistent browser draft of the form. No internet transmission is risk-free.
