Insights / Local search

The Google listing is the storefront.

For a local business, the first visit is often a Maps card — not the website homepage. That is why we start with Google Business Profile, then make the website and social profiles agree with it.

01

People decide from the card.

Hours, photos, category, reviews, and the first two lines of description do more work than a clever tagline. An incomplete listing looks like a business that may be closed. A complete listing does not guarantee the top Map pack; it does remove the most common reasons Google and customers distrust the record.

02

One name, one address, one phone number.

Search systems compare the listing to the website and to other mentions. When those disagree, the business becomes harder to trust and harder to quote. The unglamorous work — matching NAP, categories, and service names — is the foundation of every ELEVEN package.

03

Reviews are evidence, not a tactic we sell.

We help owners respond and make the listing worthy of a review. We do not write fake reviews, gate reviews, or pay for ratings. That is both a policy choice and a practical one: purchased reviews poison the same record we are trying to make durable.
